Deming Depot Remodel

Project consisted of renovating the interior and exterior of the Deming Depot. Exterior work included replacing woodwork that was unsalvageable, patching wood to remain, removing all paint and repainting, replacing roof system, adding wood deck, replace windows and building lights. Interior work included a 100 seat auditorium with sloped floor and raised platform. Two classrooms, men/womens restrooms, lobby, ticket office and janitors closet. New Interior construction also included new metal stud walls with gypsum board finish. Finishes included refinishing existing wood floors, new VCT, new carpet and new ceramic floor tile. Upgrades to the mechanical system included new pad mounted air handling units, new ductwork, sinks, and toilets. Electrical included lights and outlets as required.
