New 38,875 Square Foot Toyota dealership. This project will consist of a new pre-engineered metal building w/ standing seam roof for a maintenance shop and a sales office. The sales office will be a two-story 29,000 square foot facility which will be constructed with an elevator, light gauge framing, gypsum board, ACM exterior panels, stucco, a special NOVUM portal entry, glass and glazing, and a huge parking lot for sales and service. The electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are being constructed to meet code and be as effcient as possible. The use of used oil will heat the shop area of more than 10,000 square feet.  The shop will be complete with state of the art tools and automobile lifts as well.
