Historical renovations including interior and exterior wood repair and replacement of doors, frames and trim, toilet room remodel to meet ADA requirements, floor, wall, and ceiling finishes to include porcelain and ceramic tile, wall fabric and paint and acoustical ceilings, roof replacement of metal shingles, interior ceiling repair of metal ceiling finishes, mechanical upgrades and system replacement to meet current code requirements, electrcial and service upgrades to meet code.
