Bahama Mama Tanning Salon

Design/Build project that consisted of renovating a historic building and turning it into a full service tanning and hair salon along with a retail sales area. This multi-level project had wood framing, interior and exterior finishes. The plumbing, HVAC, and electrical were upgraded to meet code.
