White Sands Construction, Inc. was selected by the Village of Ruidoso to perform the following work:
• Remove & Dispose Existing 2’x4’ Acoustical Ceiling Pads Only
• Remove & Dispose Existing Batt Insulation Above Existing Acoustical Ceiling
• New 2’x4’ Acoustical Ceiling Pads Only (Kitchen Areas & Kitchen Storage Area to Get Vinyl Faced Tiles)
• New R-30 Batt Insulation Above Existing Acoustical Ceiling Tied to Deck
• Remove, Clean, & Paint Existing Supply & Return Air Diffusers
• Remove & Dispose of 4 Existing Evaporative Cooler Grilles and Duct
• Remove & Replace 17 Existing Bulbs with LED Bulbs in Standard and Track Lighting Fixtures to Remain
• Remove & Replace Bulbs Only with LED at all 1’x4’ Surface Mounted Fixtures & 2’x4’ Lay-in Fixtures
• Install 2 New Surface Mounted 1’x4’ LED Fixtures to Replace 3 Track Lights at Street Entrance
