Santa Rosa Middle School Phase 1

The scope of work for this project includes construction of a new 20,000 square foot single story middle school. Construction including twelve classrooms, a media center and a science laboratory complete with science grade casework and epoxy resin countertops. Elements of work included: site preparation including over excavation and select backfill and compaction; approximately one mile of new underground sewer and water service lines extended to the site; two 12,500 gallon LP storage tanks and accessories; over 4,000 feet of chain link fencing encompassing the property; cast-in-place concrete foundations and slab-on-grade; structural steel and twenty-two foot high stucco over masonry exterior walls; steel joists and beams; insulation, sealants and standing seam metal roof system with skylights; fifty new aluminum framed arched windows; hollow metal frames and hollow metal and oak wood doors and hardware; roll-up grilles; light-gage steel framing; gypsum wallboard; painting; acoustical suspended ceilings; new ceramic tile walls and floors; carpet and vinyl composition flooring; and, complete mechanical and electrical systems including boilers, hydronics system, HVAC system and control, power, lighting, communications and alarm systems. ..
