Dear Joyce,
Your calm and direction regarding our seeming catastrophe was so supportive and reassuring. Your confidence that all would be well was comforting. Your associates were courteous and conscientious of our family's schedule. Even through the turmoil they remained as unobtrusive as possible. We had prompt and accurate information regarding our repairs. When the repair was complete the grounds were restored as though no calamity had occurred.
It's never pleasant to experience this type of devastation to your home. The timing, with an uncertain economy and the holidays made it seem even more insurmountable. Your allowance of payments made our crisis manageable and we remain optimistic.
