Department of Military Affairs Construction Sustainment and Restoration Repairs Price Agreement - 81-705-18-00305
- The State of New Mexico, Department of Military Affairs (DMA) established a Price Agreement with White Sands Construction, Inc to provide Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization repair, upgrades and new construction services for the New Mexico National Guard (NMNG) Facilities that are State and Federally owned, which includes 1,757,699 of building square feet. 43 Land Parcels, 143 buildings, 383 structures and 142 linear structures throughout the state of New Mexico. These NMNG facilities must be in optimum condition for the readiness of New Mexico Guardsmen in buildings, facilities and properties throughout the State of New Mexico. The term of this Price Agreement shall be for one (1) year from date of award with the option to extend for a period of two (2) additional years, on a year-by-year basis, by mutual agreement of all parties and approval of the State of New Mexico Purchasing Director at the same price, terms and conditions. This Price Agreement shall not exceed three (3) years.
