White Sands Construction is building a new IHOP in Artesia, New Mexico.  It will be built on the old Bullock's Feed & Seed site.  Marc Davis is the Superintendent on site and will be coordinating all the subcontractors and labor.

  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Wednesday, June 13, 2012   BINGAMAN ANNOUNCES $8.6 MILLION CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION AT HOLLOMAN               WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman today announced that White Sands Construction, Alamogordo, has been awarded an $8.6 million contract to construct an Academic Training Facility and the F-16 Suppression of Enemy Air Defense Training Facility at Holloman Air Force Base.                “This contract will support good jobs in New Mexico while ensuring that Holloman Air Force Base is prepared for its key missions,” Bingaman said.

Kimber Parsons has completed her training and recieved her Certification for a LEED AP Building Design and Construction Professional.  She is listed on the LEED Professional Directory at www.gbci.org. 

Her training included a series of classes in Dallas, Texas and some intense studying on her own. Coupled with her past experience in the green building processes, this makes her a valuable asset to any LEED project that WSCI undertakes.

Alamogordo's newest motel and first extended stay, the Suburban Extended Stay Motel is now open for business.  Located at 2500 N. White Sands Blvd., there is easy access to local businesses and entertainment.
