WNMU - Juan Chacon Addition

New LEED Silver 16,207 square foot steel frame facility to be located in an existing parking lot.

This project involved construction of a new single-story educational/training facility for nursing. Trades include: site utilities, concrete foundation light metal structural steel framing, perimeter standing seam roofing with flat roofing in the interior, 60’ skylight, stucco exterior walls, interior walls with plaster and stone tile finishes, ceramic and stone tile flooring, hard, acoustical and wood ceilings.
