Alamogordo IHOP Restaurant
New IHOP Restaurant built in 87 Days, which was the fastest ever built in the country! Project consisted of wood framing/trusses, standing seam and single ply roofing, 3-coat stucco with foam pop-outs, awnings, storefronts and glazing, gypsum board, wall coverings, vinyl flooring, carpet, and ceramic tile. The project also consisted of traditional plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The electrical included fire alarm, control wiring, communications, and data. The kitchen equipment was installed as well as 4 exhaust hoods with ansul systems and 1 condensate hood. The freezer/coolers were built in place after the walls went up.

Artesia IHOP Restaurant
New IHOP Restaurant. Projects consists of wood framing/trusses, standing seam and TPO roofing, EIFS, awnings, storefronts and glazing, gypsum board, wall coverings, vinyl sheet flooring, carpet, and ceramic tile.
The project also consisted of traditional plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The electrical included fire alarm, control wiring, communications, and data. The kitchen equipment was installed as well as 4 exhaust hoods with ansul systems and 1 condensate hood. The freezer/coolers were built in place after the walls went up.
