- After originaly building this community center in the 1990's, White Sands has been selected to perform renovations on this complex and bring it back up-to-date complete with: New Roof New Stucco System Patch & Repair and Paint Drywall Surfaces Mechanical and Elecrical Upgrades to lighting and fixtures New Flooring and Cove Base New HM Frames, Doors, & Hardware New Window Blinds and Toilet Partitions Restore Site to Original Condition

Carrizozo Community Center - Misc. Renovations
- West Door – Remove and Replace Door and Hardware, Prep, Fix and Repaint Frame, Paint New Hollow Metal Door · Water Heater Room – Provide and Install new Hollow Metal Door (Unpainted) and Hardware in existing Hollow Metal Frame, Provide new Wood Slab above Existing Door · Bowling Area – Provide and Install 2 new Hollow Metal Doors (Unpainted) and Hardware in existing Hollow Metal Frame, Provide new Wood Slab above Existing Door · Main Entrance – Remove Existing Double Doors and Sidelights, Provide & Install new 4’x7’ Entrance Door & Frame (Hollow Metal & Painted), Frame, Insulate, Stucco, & Drywall New Wall to accommodate (Drywall will not be painted and Stucco will match as close as possible), No new cove base or flooring · Main Entrance (Bird Loft) – Frame & Stucco New Wall to close off area · North Windows (2) – Remove & Replace Glass, Prep and Repaint Frames · East Windows (2) – Remove & Replace Glass, Prep and Repaint Frames · Interior Wall Partition – Frame new Wall (30’ long) to Acoustic Ceiling to separate future library from other areas, wall to be insulated and drywalled both sides ( No Painting), Provide & Install new Hollow Metal Frame and Wood Door 3’x7’ ( No New cove base or flooring) · Test all sewer, gas, water lines and provide reports
