- Brief Scope of Work: Remove and replace all carpet throughout Patch wall cracks below windows in southeast bedroom Remove Master Bath shower door and patch mounting holes with grout Remove Fireplace in the Master Bedroom and Infill the opening with cement board Replace wood trim as needed on the exterior windows that has deteriorated from weather Install plates on the rotten posts for the carport structure to support roof Install new 2” white blinds on all windows Clean tile thoroughly in both showers Install new ceiling tile in the kitchen acoustical ceiling Provide & Install Furniture as selected by Veteran’s home personnel Paint the entire inside of house to include the inside and outside of the cabinets as listed in scope received with colors as stated Paint exterior wood trim around the windows Provide final cleaning of entire house

New Mexico State Veterans Home - Annex Pool Conversion
- Brief Scope of Work: Remove and replace Storage Room Door with new hollow metal door and frame 42” wide X 7’ tall Remove section of wall between storage and pool equipment room to allow for install of new filter Remove and replace tile/sheetrock as need to install new 42” wide door on storage room Replacement tile for new door install to be provided by facility from over stock to allow correct color matching Reinstall previously removed UV lights and misc equipment back to pool equipment room. Install new filter, pumps, heater, chemical lines, and connections to pool as per IAB Mechanical’s scope of work. Install 10’X20’ storage shed on exterior of building to house all chemicals for pool Electrical connection to all pool equipment along with fans and light in new storage shed for pool chemical. Caulking to exterior wall as required to install lines to new pool equipment from the chemical storage unit. Install new side walk to storage shed for access to chemicals Exterior site work as needed to install side walk and piers for the new tough shed Clean up of all work performed
