Grant County Tu Casa Continuum of Care Center
- The Tu Casa Continuum of Care Center will offer a full spectrum of culturally sensitive substance abuse interventions, treatment and aftercare to clients base on individual needs. The facility we will pay particular attention to privacy, siting to maximize natural light and a calming color palette for the clients. Design Vision: The 9140 square foot facility maximized the buildings siting for privacy, and natural light. We've endeavored to create a calming interior environment with multiple patient areas bathed in sunlight.

High Rolls Senior Center
- White Sands Construction to construct a single story 4,226 SF pre-engineered building. The building will include a kitchen, dining room, library, offices, storage, and restrooms.
- The interior finishes will be gypsum board walls, vinyl composition tile floors, and acoustical panel ceilings.The building services will be ground mounted and ducted to the individual spaces. The Project consists of the construction of a new pre-engineered metal building, kitchen, dining room, library, offices, storage, and restrooms. In general the Project includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Sitework o Demolition of existing wood framed Building. o Demolition of sitework elements. o Demolition and capping of existing infrastructure and utilities. o New concrete paving for accessible parking spaces. o Grading, drainage, and erosion control. o Connections to available site utilities. o New septic system. o Connection to existing propane tank.
- Building: New pre-engineered building,Exterior entry porch with column wraps and soffit panels, Partitions, Doors and hardware, Interior ceilings, Finishes, Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical components.
