- The City of Alamogordo, New Mexico has selected White Sands Construction, Inc. to construct the new family entertainment center. The City seeked the well-qualified Development Team in White Sands Construction to participate in the facility's design and project planning, construction, financing, operating, and maintaining. The Project will be a “turnkey” project, with White Sands Construction providing all work, services, materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the Project to be fully operational upon substantial completion. White Sands Construction will also provide all design, work, services, engineering, plumbing systems, ventilation systems, fire suppression systems, safety systems, HVAC, mechanical systems, and other systems necessary for the design, construction, and construction administration. White Sands Construction, Inc. will construct a facility consisting of the following: 24-lane league-certified bowling alley. Restaurant and bar Kitchen area Outdoor patio area adjacent to restaurant and bar A multi-purpose room Two amusement areas with laser tag and video arcade being the preferred amusement types. Two sets of restrooms within the facility, one intended to serve the bowling alley:
