Alamogordo Commission For The Blind Steps & Ramp Upgrades
- Provide materials, labor and equipment to revise existing structure as needed to exterior emergency exit stairway that complies with ADA and Building Code requirements for exiting purposes. The modifications to the existing structure shall include steel supports; ADA Compliant treads in metal pans, guardrails, handrails; additional landing space and modifications to the swing of 2 existing doors to comply with ADA regulations and Fire Codes. Provide alignment and grades for ADA Compliant walkways. Install roof access ladder.
